Ring pairing

  • Make sure your ring is charged and within 1 meter of your phone.
  • Enable Bluetooth in your phone's system settings.
  • If the ring isn't detected, place it on the charger for 10 seconds to reset it.
  • Still stuck? Email us with your ring's serial number (printed inside the band).

Subscription & billing

  • Manage your subscription at omniq-health.de/account.
  • Cancel anytime in the app: Profile → Membership → Cancel.
  • Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, per §§ 312g, 355 BGB.
  • Payment issues: check the card used for the subscription, then email support.

Your data

  • Export or delete your data in the app: Profile → Privacy → Request my data.
  • We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.

Ring hardware

  • Warranty: 1 year from purchase.
  • Damaged or defective ring? Email support with photos and your order number.
