Ring pairing
- Make sure your ring is charged and within 1 meter of your phone.
- Enable Bluetooth in your phone's system settings.
- If the ring isn't detected, place it on the charger for 10 seconds to reset it.
- Still stuck? Email us with your ring's serial number (printed inside the band).
Subscription & billing
- Manage your subscription at omniq-health.de/account.
- Cancel anytime in the app: Profile → Membership → Cancel.
- Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, per §§ 312g, 355 BGB.
- Payment issues: check the card used for the subscription, then email support.
Your data
- Export or delete your data in the app: Profile → Privacy → Request my data.
- We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.
